This recipe is so easy, and delicious! I'm a huge fan of pork chops and we have them at least once a week. I found this recipe several years ago, but I don't remember where I originally found it. The pork chops come out so tender you won't need a knife. You can also use the cream of chicken for gravy.
Ingredients
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 packet ranch dressing
1 cup water (I usually fill up one of the cream of chicken cans with water)
4-8 pork chops
Directions
Mix together ranch dressing packet with cream of chicken soup. Place pork chops in the bottom of the crockpot and pour soup mixture on top. Then pour the water over the soup mixture. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. This recipe pairs wonderfully with mashed potatoes and use the remaining juice for gravy and that's it!
See how easy that was? Enjoy!
