One of my favorite things to make and eat is Chili. I actually came up with this recipe when I was in High School, over the years its evolved. My dad made this for a chili cook-off at work and ended up taking 2nd place. I was pretty excited/proud of myself, every now and then you need to pat yourself on the back. Most of my family calls around winter time to get this recipe, and usually request it when they come for a visit. This chili is sweeter than most, since I'm not a fan of spicy food. You could kick the spices up a notch if you like. I serve this with cheese and fritos. Other good toppings are onions, ritz crackers, corn bread, or sour cream the list goes on. My sister-in-law likes to eat hers with tortillas, not my cup of tea but hey to each is own.
